Current Opportunities
Company Driver — OTR
Over-the-road company drivers running long-haul freight across 48 states. Consistent miles, competitive mileage pay, and a team that keeps you moving.
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience
- Clean MVR and driving record
- Able to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Professional attitude and strong communication
Owner-Operator — Lease On
Own your truck? Lease on with Weller's and run under our authority. We provide consistent freight, back-office support, and a straightforward partnership built on transparency.
- Valid Class A CDL
- Own or lease a late-model tractor
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and safety record
- Proof of insurance and operating authority (or willing to lease on)
